Metro's role in the management of the region’s solid waste

Metro regulates privately-owned solid waste facilities located within the Metro boundary to ensure that these facilities comply with the solid waste regulations of Metro Code Title V, as well as with administrative procedures and performance standards that benefit the people of the region.
